Dirk Paelinck is a seasoned entrepreneur, musician, and academic with an extensive background in real estate, prop tech, and coworking. Paelinck holds a Master's degree in Roman Philology, Law, and Economics from the University of Antwerp and has studied piano, guitar, music history, and composing at Conservatorium. Paelinck is the chairman of the European PropTech Association and PropTech House, where he works to create a sustainable European PropTech market and nurture cross-border collaborations, standardize PropTech markets, foster innovation in real estate, and facilitate access to funding. Paelinck is also the founder and former CEO of Interoffices and Workero, digital platforms that provide fully furnished and serviced offices, coworking spaces, and virtual offices. He has worked in various leadership roles at Regus - IWG plc, including area sales director, general manager, and agent channel manager. Additionally, Paelinck has experience in real estate projects and Mercedes-Benz Belgium.
