Sidney is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Computer & Information Science. He also studied at Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road).

Prior to his role as Managing Director, Singapore and SE Asia at Beyond Limits, Sidney held key leadership positions at industry giants such as Protiviti, Microsoft, Avanade, PwC Consulting, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
