He has a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma, Change Leadership Practices, and Systemic Thinking. With a deep passion for supporting organizations in their journey to achieve high performance, Oscar has been instrumental in leading and supporting change programs for many multi-national organizations. Oscar holds an MBE, Master of Business in Energy Systems from Technische Universiteit Delft, an MSc, Business Administration from Nyenrode University, and a BSc., International Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.

Before he became Director Continuous Improvement BG Consumer Dairy at FrieslandCampina, Oscar worked in several high-profile roles across different industries. His previous roles include, among others, being Interim and Change Manager - Operational Performance Improvement – Executive & Business Coach at Zenyo Management, Associate Manager at Accelerant Consulting, and Business Group Continuous Improvement Manager CPEMEA Supply Chain at FrieslandCampina (Interim) at FrieslandCampina. Oscar has an outstanding track record of cost reduction, implementing effective Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices, and developing long-term strategies for major corporations.
