William Fox is an accomplished higher education professional with over two decades of experience in the field. With a passion for student well-being, persistence, and success, Fox is currently serving as the Dean of Students at Denison University, a leading liberal arts college in Ohio. He has honed his skills in higher education administration, organizational development, public policy analysis, non-profit leadership, among others, and has a particular interest in health and well-being, corporate wellness, strategic planning, leadership, and organizational culture change.

Fox earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Speech Communication from James Madison University, a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Management from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Arts in Educational Policy and Leadership/Higher Education & Student Affairs from The Ohio State University, and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown Public Policy Institute at Georgetown University.

Over the course of his career, Fox has held various roles in different institutional types within the higher education industry. Prior to his current position at Denison University, he served as the Associate Dean of Students; Director of Residential Education & Housing also at Denison University, Associate Director of Residence Life at Georgetown University, Coordinator for Living & Learning Programs at The Catholic University of America, and has held various positions in student affairs at Capital University.
