Emily Sutherlin is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in technical communication, event coordination, and location scouting. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Technical Communication and Information Design and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Emily has worked in various capacities at the Illinois Institute of Technology, including as the Interim Director of Campus and Conference Centers, the Assistant Director of External Events and Summer Conferences, and the Campus Information Center Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. She has also worked as an External Events Coordinator, organizing and executing various events and conferences for the university.

In addition to her work in event coordination and campus management, Emily has also worked as a freelance technical editor, where she has honed her skills as a "Document Engineer, Phrasing Fixer, Grammar Guru, and Error Assassin." She is currently employed as a Location Scout at Levinson Locations, where she utilizes her eye for detail and keen sense of environment to find the perfect locations for film and photography shoots.
