Marshall Haas is a serial entrepreneur and Forbes 30 under 30 alum known for his remarkable achievements in the tech industry. He is the founder of Need/Want, an e-commerce platform that owns Shepherd, Buypeel, and several other brands. Haas is also a co-founder of Support Shepherd, a charitable organization that supports dogs in need. He is an occasional investor, and his interests are far-reaching. Haas is also the owner of The Ludwig, a trendy hotel in downtown St. Louis.

Haas started his career as an architectural drafter but later shifted his focus to the tech industry. Before Need/Want, Haas co-founded Obsorb, Inc. and AllRendered. These companies dealt with web and graphic design. He also partnered with MetaLab, a digital product agency that has worked with prestigious clients such as Google, Uber, and Slack. Haas studied at Flower Mound High School and earned a Master of Science degree from Collin College.
