Daniella Charzuk is a highly skilled Program Administrator with a robust background in human services, social work, fundraising, client advocacy, crisis counseling, administration, and customer service. She is currently an integral member of the Program Management team at Hyper Island, where she manages various aspects of key programs and ensures the seamless delivery of quality programs to students. Daniella's experience includes working as a mentor for university students and serving as an Alumni Assistant at the World Maritime University in Malmö, where she helped to implement an alumni engagement strategy that aims to create a more inclusive, extensive, and cohesive global alumni network for the university. Daniella has also worked as a Family Advocate at The Center for Family Representation, a nonprofit legal services organization in New York City, where she helped provide legal assistance and support to vulnerable families.

At the State University of New York at New Paltz, Daniella earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a focus on Human Services and Women's Studies. Recently, she completed a Master of Science degree in Welfare Policies and Management at Lund University, further enhancing her knowledge and expertise in social welfare policies and management. Daniella is also a volunteer at Crossroads, Stockholms Stadsmission, where she contributes her time and expertise to support community initiatives.
