Michael Manna, also known as Stevie Richards, is a former professional wrestler turned fitness expert, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Manna pursued his dream of becoming a professional wrestler despite being told he couldn't. He went on to become a 2-time ECW World Tag Team Champion, numerous championships from wrestling companies around the world and 22-time WWE Hardcore Champion – the most of any other wrestler in WWE history. After suffering numerous injuries from wrestling, Manna leaned on fitness to get him through and discovered his passion for helping others. He founded Stevie Richards Fitness based on his fitness and training knowledge with the goal of keeping things simple and offering proven results from hard work and consistency. Manna has helped hundreds of people improve their health all over the world and continues to do so with the introduction of SRF’s online content. He has also worked as a Guest Coach at the WWE Performance Center, Personal Trainer at DDP Yoga, and Consultant/Motion Capture at THQ.
