Scott Blashek brings over 20 years of experience in Technical Operations and Customer Support to his role as Director of Technical Operations - Monitoring and Detection at Zuora. With a passion for building customer-centric monitoring and detection systems for complex SaaS applications, Scott has been a key figure in driving Zuora's platform performance for years. Prior to his current role, Scott held several key roles at Zuora, including Director of Customer Support & Strategic Solutions, Senior Manager of Strategic Support Solutions & Principal Applications Support Engineer, and Senior Application Support Engineer.
Scott began his career as a Page at the City of Santa Clara and worked his way up to Library Specialist IV at Santa Clara University before making the switch to technology. After joining Innovative Interfaces as a Senior Staff Technology Integration Engineer, he went on to serve as Senior Systems Librarian and Principal Application Support Engineer at Zuora while strengthening his technical skills.
Scott's educational background includes studies in AA Liberal Arts at De Anza College. His impressive industry experience and domain expertise in technical operations, platform performance, customer support, monitoring, API support, escalation management, and technical roles make him a valuable asset to any organization.
