With her experience as an entrepreneur, Sandy is committed to empowering people to tap into the power of their breath for both wellbeing and success. She has authored two books, with "Breathe to Succeed" sharing her 30 years of experience utilizing the power of breath & mindfulness to create the core foundation for feeling her best everyday. Sandy has worked with various companies to create bespoke breath experiences to help everyone take back control of their mindset and energy with simple yet life-changing breathwork tools. She is also a co-chair of the Global Wellness Institute's BREATHE Initiative and has led BREATHE Master classes for the Global Wellness Summit community.
