Nancy Elder is a highly accomplished executive with an extensive background in corporate communications, marketing, and business strategy. With years of experience advising boards of directors, CEOs, and executive leadership teams, Elder has made a significant impact on several Fortune 500 companies, including Marsh & McLennan, JetBlue Airways, and Mattel. She studied Journalism at The University of Georgia and is a recognized expert in business transformation, reputation, and purpose.

Currently the Chief Communications Officer and DEI leader at DAZN Group, Elder oversees all communications efforts at the company. At Mattel, she managed the Mattel Children’s Foundation, financial communications, government affairs, and social impact. During her time at JetBlue Airways, she expanded the company's offerings to new segments through partnerships with TEDx, the White House American Business Act on Climate Pledge, and the New Lab. In addition, Elder has served as a member of JetBlue Technology Ventures' Investment Committee, on Governor Cuomo's NY State Tourism Council, and as a David Rockefeller Fellow at Partnership for New York City.

Elder has also held several other positions throughout her career, including Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Matter Unlimited, Chief Marketing Officer at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Vice President of Integrated Communications at Time Warner, Director of Corporate Communications at GE, and various leadership roles at Mastercard.
