Kathleen Tivnon is a highly experienced and quality-focused IT professional with over 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager. With a CSM certification and a comprehensive background in Agile and PMI methodologies, Kathleen has successfully led cross-functional and international teams of 10+ resources to complete large-medium scale, high visibility, and time-critical IT projects with a high degree of quality. Kathleen is well-versed in project management tools such as Jira, Rally, and MS Project, as well as communication, requirements analysis, and test plan/case design. Prior to her work in IT, Kathleen studied Dual degrees in Photojournalism & Cultural Geography at San Francisco State University and worked as an Esthetician. Kathleen worked as an Internet Services Group Project Manager Assistant VP at Wells Fargo before joining the TechSoup team as an IT Project Manager.
