Karla Knudson, a data scientist at Google Cloud, has an impressively diverse background in academia and research. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Geology from Carleton College, she went on to complete her Master's degree in Geology at the University of Michigan. She continued her education at the University of California-Santa Cruz, where she earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Earth and Planetary Sciences.
