Rigo Pex is a seasoned music and cultural expert with extensive experience in the creative and entertainment industries. With a remarkable track record of being a musical scout, content director, and cultural agitator, Rigo has been promoting and curating musical events and building a robust reputation in the Spanish market. Rigo worked at Radio3, where he built the most substantial archive of active Iberoamerican labels, showcasing over 200 labels and a range of music from mainstream US Latin artists to Spanish indie underground and global urban music.

Additionally, Rigo has held various positions such as the online brand manager at VICE Media, Inc., creativity and innovation headhunter at Sense Worldwide, booker and producer at La Fura dels Baus, assistant online editor at Le Cool, and creative copywriter at Grey Group. In these roles, he has gained immense experience in brand strategy consulting, editorial content, booking consultancy, and advising brand events, among other things. Rigo also studied at EAE Business School, where he pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Director.
