Grace Sai is a prominent entrepreneur, CEO, and co-founder of F8 Innovation, a corporate innovation agency that supports progressive Asian organizations. She is a scholar and has studied Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, both with distinctions. Grace is known for her leadership and contributions to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Asia. Additionally, she's a Kauffman Fellow and leads Found. Ventures, an early-stage tech fund. She has experience as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD, former Advisor & Director at (MaGIC) Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre, and has been invited by the Prime Minister’s Offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Angela Merkel, Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands, amongst others; to share her inputs.

Grace is a UN Women Entrepreneurship Day Ambassador who speaks 6 languages and is very passionate about education, social entrepreneurship, and corporate innovation. She has been nominated for awards such as Gen T by Singapore Tatler (2018), Great Women of our Times by Women's Weekly (2017), and 40 Under 40 by Prestige Singapore (2014).
