Harini Viswanathan is an accomplished lawyer who has worked extensively in the areas of restructuring and insolvency, banking and finance law. She has experience working with a variety of clients including insolvency officeholders, large corporations, banks and other financial institutions. Her education includes a High School Humanities program with Maths from The Mother's International School in New Delhi, India, a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from National Law School of India University, and an exchange program with the National University of Singapore.

Harini began her career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst before joining Allen & Overy where she worked as a Legal Advisor, Legal Secondee and ultimately, an Associate in the Global Restructuring team. She has also worked as a Legal Secondee at Société Générale and Lloyds Banking Group, where she focused on restructuring and insolvency matters. Harini is a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an advocate of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in India.
