- Lead 10-person senior management team in NY and DC responsible for programming and staff of over thirty 24/7 talk programming channels, including original content such as Doctor Radio and SiriusXM Insight, partner collaborations such as EW Radio and FOX News Headlines 24/7, and third-party content carriage such as FOX News, CNN, and NPR
-             Manage 15-person digital content team that oversees video, blog editorial, and social for SiriusXM Sports, Entertainment, Politics, and main brand, while providing consultation on overall SiriusXM social footprint
-             Guide content strategy for 18-person team curating new on demand talk audio platform focused on discovering and presenting audio content from radio, video, and podcasts in innovative ways to new audiences
-             Work across departments to ensure communication and improve collaboration between Programming and Customer Care, Customer Retention, Marketing, Engineering, and Streaming Product in order to create a first-class customer experience
-             Strategize and supervise the development and implementation of content marketing campaigns that marry on-air content with PR and digital content, as well as internal and partner marketing  
-             Create strategic plans and documentation for the purpose of long-term programming, including the regular evaluation of overall lineup and the exploration of future options in content and content discovery 
-             Write and conduct presentations for board, senior management, and existing and potential company partners
-             Manage content and channel updates with SiriusXM Canada and DISH Network
