Jim Stephenson is an accomplished leader, expert troubleshooter, and seasoned candidate sourcer with a wealth of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and team management. With a degree from Arizona State University and over a decade of experience, Jim has held numerous high-level positions and excelled in each of them.

Jim began his career in customer IT support at Choice Hotels International, where he worked his way up to become Manager of the Service Desk, before moving to PetSmart as a Corporate Recruiter. He quickly rose through the ranks at PetSmart, subsequently becoming a Sr. Corporate Recruiter and eventually the Lead Corporate Recruiter. Jim's experience in corporate recruitment gave him an extensive knowledge of the industry, which he leveraged to become a researcher at PassiveCast Executive Search & Recruiting.

In the HR industry, Jim is an expert in candidate sourcing, using advanced LinkedIn operators and direct dial sourcing to his advantage. He has a deep understanding of boolean search strings, semantic search, name sourcing, data mining, lead generation, internet research, and candidate development. As VP of Partner Relations at HDI, he also possessed experience in building business partnerships.

Jim is a proud Alhambra High School graduate who has demonstrated his ability to lead by example throughout his career. He is a talented communicator and an excellent multitasker, and he works tirelessly to ensure that his employer's HR needs are met.
