He studied 3D Animation and Visual Effects at Vancouver Film School and has since worked in top positions such as Executive Producer at Scientific Games and Art Lead at KingsIsle Entertainment. He has also co-founded several companies, such as Bat Bridge Interactive and Rock Ridge Games, LLC.

Mann has worked for a range of top organizations such as Electronic Arts, The Marketing Store, and SciPlay Corporation. He has also held senior producer positions at Heatwave Interactive and Scientific Games. Mann is known for his skill in leadership and his expertise in various aspects of game design and production.
