He has completed his Higher School Certificate from Newington College, and further pursued Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management/Marketing from Charles Sturt University, and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales. With a strong educational background, he has gained expertise in innovative talent management solutions, recruitment, technology consulting, IT&T strategy development, Unix systems administration, and much more.

Currently, he is working as the Principal, APAC Talent Advisory at Oracle, where he is responsible for providing strategic talent management solutions to enhance the recruitment process, increase employee engagement, and ensure retention. In the past, he worked as a Senior Consultant, APAC Recruitment at Oracle, Senior Consultant, Technology at Ambition, Consultant, IT&T at The Command Group, and also played the role of a Unix Systems Administrator at Holly Connects. Through his vast professional experiences, he has gained knowledge and skills in Oracle Cloud Solutions, Cloud-based Digital HR, People Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Benefits Administration, Data Analysis and Reporting, and many more.
