John Westbrook is a seasoned Recruitment Project Manager, Trainer & Independent Recruiter with expertise in CRM implementation, Sales Management, Business Development, Branding & Website, ICT, and more. He has worked on a variety of projects for several Recruitment Consultancies, including ISO:9001 (2008), Restructuring, Tenders, Budgets, Terms, Commission Systems, M&A, and Factoring. John also provides training in Sales, Recruitment Sales, Resourcing, Presenting, Negotiation, NLP, and Coaching.

Before that, John worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant / Project Manager at Kenexa, an IBM Company, where he developed and delivered recruitment and HR solutions to clients. He was also a Client Development Manager at Qualitas People Solutions and a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Harvey Nash.

When he's not booked on a project, John does contract IT & Engineering Resourcing for HR clients and friendly agencies.
