Olga Kozlova

Olga Kozlova is a seasoned professional specializing in knowledge exchange between industry and academia with a strong focus on commercializing innovative technologies.

She has a wealth of experience, having initiated and managed a spin-out company and excelled in overseeing accelerators and providing entrepreneurship training both domestically in the UK and globally.

Currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Industry Engagement at the University of Strathclyde, Olga is at the helm of enterprise, commercialization, investment, and industry partnerships.

Her areas of expertise encompass knowledge exchange, commercialization, fundraising, intellectual property management, and fostering enterprise and entrepreneurship.

Her educational background includes a PhD in Cell Biology from The University of Edinburgh, a Master of Science in Microbiology from Kazan State University, a BSc(Hon) in Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology from Edinburgh Napier University, and a Master of Science in New Venture Creation from Glasgow Caledonian University.
