Daniel Toubolets
Daniel Toubolets is an experienced Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State with a focus on diplomacy, security, energy, and trade. As a native Russian speaker, he brings a unique perspective to his work in policy analysis and foreign affairs. With a Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and History from Yale University, Daniel has a breadth of knowledge in international relations and affairs.
Daniel has held various roles in government, research institutions, and consulting firms. He worked as a Research Assistant at The Brookings Institution and served as a Short Term Consultant at The World Bank. Daniel also honed his analytical skills as a Data Analyst with Educate Texas at Communities Foundation of Texas and as a Senior Analyst at NERA Economic Consulting.
In addition to his professional experience, Daniel is a Yale alumus and a Georgetown MSFS and maintains a strong interest in global affairs.
