Aaron Carpenter is an accomplished brand management expert with over 20 years of experience in global marketing, sales, and social media. He helped grow The North Face from a $1B business to a $2B business in five years and served as its Chief Marketing Officer. He also spent a decade at Levi's, rising from an intern to the Vice President of Marketing. Carpenter leveraged his experience in digital and experiential marketing to build two thriving businesses and closed multi-million dollar deals with top-tier brands like Clif Bar and Red Bull. In 2019, he joined West Marine as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of E-Commerce. Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Double Major Russian and International Relations and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing at the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management.
