David Hutton is a well-rounded professional with diverse experiences in various fields, including engineering, executive leadership, writing, and sailing. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering and his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics with First-Class honors at the University of Southampton. Hutton has worked as a senior researcher and manager at Philips Laboratories, general manager at NCR Corporation, and President and CEO at Terminal Data Corporation, to name a few. He has also won a "First Prize for Fiction" at the Santa Barbara Writers Conference.

Hutton is highly regarded for his unique style of leadership development, which he brings to individuals and companies globally through his company Right Brain World Company, LLC. He also served as Chair at Vistage International and as a senior consultant at MAP. Despite surviving extensive experimental open-heart surgery in 2011, Hutton remains committed to his calling with even greater intensity.
