Victor G. Almendro Vedia is an accomplished scientific researcher with a background in advanced chemistry and bio-physics. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree, has completed a Masters in Advanced Chemistry with honours, and has undertaken a Synchrotrons and X-Ray Free Electron Lasers course. Victor has spent years in the field of science and research, working as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at ITQB-UNL, an Investigador posdoctoral at both the Hospital 12 de Octubre and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Becario at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and has undertaken an Estudiante en prácticas at both the Centro de Biología Molecular Severo Ochoa, CBMSO and the Instituto de Catálisis y Petroleoquímica (ICP), CSIC.

Alongside research, Victor has provided independent science communication consulting services to Gestmusic Endemol Shine Group, demonstrating his ability to take complex information and present it in an engaging and understandable way. He is also passionate about the environment and social responsibility, actively seeking to be involved in projects that make the world a more just and sustainable place for all.
