Mark Garrett is a seasoned executive with a career spanning several technology companies, including IBM, EMC, and Adobe. With a deep background in finance and operations, he successfully led Adobe's worldwide finance operations and corporate development activities, navigating the company through the fastest transition to a cloud-based subscription model in the software industry. His successful track record also includes co-leading the sale of Documentum to EMC for $1.7 billion as Executive Vice President and CFO of Documentum.

After starting his career in Upstate New York, Garrett moved to Silicon Valley, where he took on different leadership roles in software, hardware, and internet companies. He graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and marketing and later earned an MBA in organizational behavior from Marist College.

Garrett is currently Vice Chairman of Night Dragon Acquisition Corporation and previously served on the boards of HireRight, Snowflake, Cisco, GoDaddy, and Pure Storage. He is also a former Senior Advisor at General Atlantic.
