Dmytro Nasyrov is an accomplished software and solutions architect, distributed systems advisor, and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the tech industry. He has founded and co-founded three companies in Ukraine and the US and has managed three teams, comprising 23 engineers. Nasyrov is skilled in developing a range of software systems, from small web and mobile apps to large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems, which includes blockchain development with various consensus protocols.

Nasyrov’s areas of expertise include Java stack (Spring Boot, Quarkus, Vert.x, Kafka Stream), Erlang/Elixir stack (Phoenix, OTP-based systems), Streaming & BigData solutions (Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra), DevOps engineering (Istio service mesh, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins CI/CD), Microservice and streaming platforms architecture, and Blockchain-based distributed systems, distributed systems based on Raft, Paxos-family.

He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.' Currently, Nasyrov is studying as a PhD candidate in Artificial Intelligence - Systems Analysis and is conducting research on algorithms of fuzzy neural networks used in medical image fusion and segmentation.

Nasyrov lectures on Distributed Systems and Software Architecture at the National Technical University of Ukraine, and his lectures are available on YouTube. He is the founder and software architect of Turnkey Casino and Betting Platform, which is currently under development. Additionally, he is the Stakeholder and Founder of Pharos Production, where he focused on Blockchain, FinTech, and DeFi software development.

Nasyrov’s achievements include receiving several national awards like Company of the year (2018, 2019, 2020) and Leader of the year (2018, 2019).
