Graham Southwell is a seasoned professional with a passion for word-of-mouth marketing, networking, and business referrals. As the National Director of BNI New Zealand, he leads a team of over 2,800 members in facilitating mentored and trained business professionals to network effectively, build business relationships, and generate referrals. With past experience as a Registered Valuer for 15 years, working primarily in London and a short stint at CBRichard Ellis in Auckland, he brings a professional approach to his role. He also recently qualified as a Psychotherapist and co-facilitates a Death Cafe in West Auckland.

Southwell's academic achievements include a Master's in Psychotherapy from Auckland University of Technology and a BSc in Urban Land Administration, Property Consultancy from the University of Portsmouth. He has worked as a Senior Valuer at CBRE Auckland, New Zealand, and as a Chartered Surveyor at Kemsley, Whitley & Ferris, Matthews Goodman & Postlethwaite, Debenham, Tewson & Chinnocks.
