Lauren Gross
Lauren Gross is an experienced educator, facilitator, mentor and mediator with a passion for creating spaces where people can build relationships and work through difficult conversations. With a bachelor's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Kaospilot and a degree in Food Science from Oregon State University, Lauren brings a unique blend of knowledge to all her endeavors. She has worked with NW Outward Bound School, Reed College and Repair PDX as a facilitator, mentor, and coordinator. Lauren is also a volunteer mediator with Multnomah County Small Claims and a volunteer facilitator with the Multnomah County Juvenile Restorative Justice Dialogue Program. She is known for her ability to create safe and inclusive environments where people feel supported and challenged to grow.
