Yani Lee is a seasoned startup expert with a passion for accelerating the growth of new companies. She began her journey in 2011 as a pitching team member at IDEAS Show, quickly becoming event curator and eventually the owner of IDEAS Show+ accelerator. Since then, she has incubated over 150 startups and three unique accelerators. Lee specializes in business modeling, strategic marketing, and the initiation of work from the ground up. She founded several initiatives such as Asia Beat, Asia Bit, GCamp, and Sprint, which are aimed at promoting the startup community around the world, with operations in over 15 countries, mostly in Asia. Lee is an expert in venture building, event curation, financial assistance, and market entry. She is focused on building startups in the fields of Blockchain, Biotech, SASS, and tourism. Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University and a Master's in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
