Amy Neumann is an accomplished author, consultant, and keynote speaker on various topics including social impact marketing, technology inclusion, diversity, equity, and inclusion, reducing bias in tech, blockchain, and AI. With a strong passion for making a difference in the world, Amy has worked with hundreds of organizations ranging from non-profits, social enterprises, Web3 startups, B2B, retail, advertising, manufacturing, government, Fortune 500, Fortune 100, among others. As a strategist, she leverages measurable positive impact and ROI, backed by metrics to help organizations achieve their goals globally.
Amy has gained extensive knowledge and experience from different universities in project management, diversity, and inclusion, with hopes of providing more insight into DEI strategies. As Managing director, Partnerships, and Business Development at RampRate, an impact investment platform that focuses on scaling and reducing IT costs, Amy continues to work with a vast range of organizations, providing her expertise in various areas, including board diversity strategy, content marketing, influencer marketing, public relations, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and strategic planning.
Her journey has led her to become a trainer, workshop leader, storyteller, facilitator, author, and AI ethics advocate, with her work revolving around the intersection of social good, technology, and how it can create a positive social impact. She is a multi-lingual professional, with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
