Katie Gibbs is a highly skilled and experienced instructional designer and eLearning developer with a passion for creating human-centered learning experiences. With a Master's degree in Education from the University of Maryland, and multiple certifications in eLearning development and instructional design, Katie has a deep understanding of how people learn and how to design effective learning solutions that meet organizational goals. Katie's expertise in new technologies, clean design principles, and outcome-based planning make her an indispensable member of any learning and development team.

Katie has held various positions in her career, including Classes Coordinator and Instructor Training Lead at Saturday Academy, Office Manager and Classes Program Support at Portland Taiko, Administrative Assistant and Grant Writer at Mainspring Portland, and Technology Coordinator and Trainer; Instructor of Technology and Library at Beaverton School District. She has also volunteered at the Alliance of Therapy Dogs and the Park Forest Care Center. Additionally, Katie has studied diverse topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion in her Equity Certificate program at the Center for Equity and Inclusion.
