Juleke Majoor is an ambitious and enthusiastic physician with a passion for science and knowledge dissemination. She has an extensive academic background, having received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Medicine from Universiteit Leiden. Her current focus is on improving the detection of glaucomatous progression by evaluating various measurement techniques and exploring new ones. As a former Ph.D. candidate, medical doctor, and outpatient operating room assistant at Het Oogziekenhuis Rotterdam, Majoor has valuable experience in ophthalmology. She has also worked as a nurse, medical intern, and research student in various institutions.

Majoor's dedication to her work is apparent in her diverse range of experiences. Her research interests include progression detection, ocular imaging, glaucoma management, and telemedicine applications. Outside of the workplace, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing sports like volleyball and hiking.
