Sarah Hyche, MBA, PCC, is an accomplished leadership consultant and credentialed executive coach with a strong background in advising business professionals on career advancement and leadership strategies.

She collaborates with clients to enhance personal and professional performance, and increase leadership capabilities. Sarah's clientele consists of executives from various industries such as banks, software firms, marketing agencies, consulting firms, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Sarah Hyche has extensive experience in leadership development, having served as Senior Vice President of Leadership Development at Bank of America. In this role, she provided services including executive coaching, on-boarding, talent and performance management, and organizational design specifically for the Global Marketing organization.

Her professional journey includes senior roles in strategy, marketing, and product management across renowned organizations like Red Ventures, Nuance Communications, and Accenture, among others.
