James Brown is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience working with leading organizations in the New Zealand market. He has held senior positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition & Mobility and Strategic Business Partner at WSP, one of the largest infrastructure services firms in the country. James has also worked with Fletcher Building, one of the oldest and biggest construction companies, where he was Group Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Manager. He started his career as a recruiter at leading organizations such as University of Auckland and Air New Zealand, where he gained experience in sourcing, hiring and managing recruitment projects.
