Nick Graziano is a seasoned investor and corporate strategist who currently serves as the Principal at Sands Capital Management. With several years of experience working with management teams to develop and execute business strategies, Nick is a valuable asset to the success of any venture or portfolio company. He is also an avid climate tech investor and researcher, making him well-equipped to guide companies towards sustainability, responsible investing, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.

Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and minors in Economics and International Business from Penn State University, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, and certification in ESG Investing from his studies. He has also completed a certificate in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy at Yale School of the Environment and has studied the Economics of European Integration at Universiteit Maastricht.

Before joining Sands Capital, Nick was a Corporate Strategy Manager at Cvent, a Vista-backed event technology company. He also worked as a Management Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he helped numerous management teams create and execute growth strategies. Additionally, he has held various roles, such as Senior Consultant and Investment Advisor, at Cambridge Associates and McAdam Financial Group, respectively.

In his current role, Nick focuses on leading portfolio services for the Sands Capital venture funds. He works closely with portfolio companies to provide strategic and operational guidance and assists with ESG analysis in diligence and portfolio company management for the venture funds.
