Ngoc Nguyen is a highly energetic and passionate professional who is committed to creating inclusive work environments where employees feel happy, engaged, and empowered. Based in the US, Nguyen has a background in finance, having studied finance at the Singapore Management University among other institutions. Currently, she serves as a mentor for Leading Equity and Inclusion in Organizations Certificate (LEIO) at Northwestern University School of Education and Social Policy. She is also a former Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation and freelance photographer at Ngoc Nguyen - Headshot Extraordinaire, among other roles.

Nguyen's insatiable curiosity and result-driven mentality enables her to bring a fresh approach to organizational problems, focusing on improving the individual experience at work. As a relationship-builder, she communicates effectively across all levels of organizations, building consensus through an understanding of individuals at a personal level. Nguyen is committed to researching and advocating for the advancement of Asian American professionals. Her interests extend to coaching, brainstorming and advocating for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion perspectives and ideas in the workplace.
