Natalia Podvoyskaya is an accomplished business strategist and change management expert with over 17 years of experience. She has led numerous successful transformations for notable organizations, including Sberbank and KPMG CIS. Natalia's academic qualifications are impressive and include Executive Education at London Business School, an MBA in Finance Management from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a PhD in Economics and Management from Lomonosov Moscow State University. She has also completed further education programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Currently, Natalia is the CEO of Intercomp Group, where she runs a new business-line of digital outsourcing and consulting for Ecosystem, one of the leading financial institutions. Under her leadership, the ecosystem company has grown twice for two years. Prior to her appointment at Intercomp, Natalia set-up and integrated a new practice in Finance Management and Outsourcing and Shared Service Centers at KPMG CIS, which experienced five times-growth in just five years. Throughout her career, Natalia has led over 15 transformation programs in consulting and in-house.
