A Carolina native, Bo attended Duke University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Analysis. He then went on to study the Summer Economics Program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Bo has an extensive background in various industries, having worked as an Analyst in Wealth Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and as an Advertising Analyst at Facebook. He also served as an Analyst, Multi-Brand Segments at NRG Energy before delving into the entertainment industry.

Bo has held multiple roles in the entertainment industry, including Artist Management and Director of Digital Marketing/Artist Management at C3 Presents, as well as Vice President of Marketing at Emagen Entertainment Group. His current role is as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Sony Music Entertainment.
