James Jackson

James Jackson is an accomplished technical and business leader with a proven track record of strong business results across all business segments. With experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma quality, Jackson is an experienced problem solver, demonstrating excellence in improving P&L from various perspectives. He has led and managed high sales growth environments and developed strategies to double Advanced Motors & Drives' revenue base over five years. Jackson's specialties include P&L improvement, new product development, business growth, outsourcing, program management, and productivity. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Missouri-Rolla and his MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He has held various senior executive roles at Quality Associates, Inc., President and CEO at Jadec Industrial Enterprises, President at Advanced Motors & Drives, Business Unit Manager – Rail Transit at Vapor Corporation, Manager of Technology at General Electric, and Product Team Manager – Cast Resin Transformers at Square D Company. Currently, he co-owns Signs Now Dayton.
