Holly Rush is an experienced and accomplished C-suite leader with a diverse background in well-known global companies. With 30 years of experience in various sectors, including beauty, fashion, luxury eyewear, outdoor, and FMCG, Holly has led organizations through dynamic periods of change such as growth, market disruption, shift to digital, and business turnaround. She is recognized as an influential leader, inspirational communicator, and change agent. Holly's most recent role was serving as CEO of Costa del Mar, where she led a complete business transformation, including driving digital commerce from under 5% to 20% of revenue in under four years. She was also the President of Luxottica's Wholesale NA subsidiary, overseeing 30 different brands and scaling the business from $350 million to $1 billion. Holly is passionate about building purpose-driven, highly engaged organizations, and values diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is also actively involved in mentorship and coaching, supporting the advancement of women in leadership. Holly sits on the Board of an environmental non-profit, where she currently chairs the Marketing Committee. She has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from West Virginia University.
