Agnieszka holds a diverse educational background, including profil humanistyczno-prawniczy studies at Liceum Ogólnokształcące, postgraduate studies in CSR for sustainable development strategies at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, a Master's degree in Journalism and Media Studies with a focus on PR and media marketing from Uniwersytet Warszawski, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Social Communication with specialization in Branding and PR from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu.
Throughout her career, Agnieszka Michalik has held various positions, including expertise in CSR and sustainable development at BNP Paribas Bank Polska, senior specialist roles in CSR and sustainable development at the same organization, CSR Account Executive at Garden of Words, CSR Ambassador at Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu, among others.
She has also contributed to organizations like Stowarzyszenie Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej CAL, Okaeri Consulting, Fundacja Civis Polonus, and Martis CONSULTING Sp. z o. o. in roles ranging from instructing new media, consulting, education initiatives, to auditing and PR assistance.
