Patrick O'Keefe is an accomplished investment banking executive with a broad range of experience in telecommunications, investment banking, and commercial banking. With a successful track record of starting and leading privately-held organizations, his expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial management, contract negotiations, and business reorganization. O'Keefe's educational background includes a BS in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.

Throughout his career, O'Keefe has held a variety of executive positions at firms such as W.G. Nielsen & Co., Mazer Telecom Advisors, and Park Place Associates. As President of Powers Communications, LLC, he took a turnaround project from Chapter 11 bankruptcy to a three-state operation by implementing new marketing and service plans, securing both debt and equity capital, and attracting high-quality employees. O'Keefe has also served as a Director of Telecommunications at W.G. Nielsen & Co. and as the President/Managing Partner at Park Place Associates.
