Lianna Shen is a passionate and forward-thinking entrepreneur with vast experience in Product Management, Operations Management, Online Retail, and User Experience. Before her successful entrepreneurial journey, she studied English and Mathematics at The University of British Columbia and later received a Post Graduate degree in Journalism from Ryerson University.

She co-founded firesqueak, a company that offers expert product management consulting services. She was also the Co-Founder/CEO of Fairejour.com, where she specialized in customer loyalty and retention, user experience, game theory, road-mapping, and strategy. Lianna previously worked at Zappos, where she held various positions. She was Head of Loyalty, VIP Operations & Product Management, Product Manager for Identity and Loyalty Platforms, VIP.Zappos.com, 6PM.com, and 6PM.com's User Experience Generalist. Before her time at Zappos, she was a Reporter at PokerListings and a Grad Student and Researcher at Ryerson University. Additionally, she worked as a Product Manager for Cox Enterprises' Kudzu.com.
