Tom Giannini is an accomplished Creative Director with a passion for designing seamless customer experiences across digital and physical products. With extensive experience in the ecommerce space, Tom has led and mentored teams of designers to deliver exceptional digital product experiences that engage people in new and exciting ways. Tom's expertise lies in creating and building high-performing teams, driving customer-focused objectives and key results, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and driving vision while balancing business goals and technical challenges.
Tom has mentored over 500 designers globally and is recognized for his skill in partnering effectively with designers, product managers, research, engineering, and executives, both in-person and virtually across multiple time zones. He is proficient in agile methodologies, creative direction, product design, brand strategy, design mentorship, digital marketing, team leadership, rapid prototyping, consumer web, e-commerce, cross-functional leadership, customer insights, and product innovation.
Tom holds an MA in New Media Design from Emerson College and a BA in Communications (TV/Video Production) from Westfield State College. He has held senior-level positions at companies such as Constant Contact, Perch, and Vistaprint, where he led and directed the creative process and was responsible for creating exceptional digital customer experiences.
