Christopher Hart is a UC Berkeley graduate with a BS in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. He is a proficient creative problem solver with a passion for innovating and improving green building processes. Christopher values personal relationships in the business and has developed lasting relationships with many of his clients and co-workers. In renovation projects, he provides the best value to clients regarding their budget and considers various factors to get the most done out of it. He ensures that his client projects and crew are energy-efficient, minimizes material waste, and reduces driving trips. Christopher enjoys spending much of his time planning, discussing client vision, expectations, and ideas to deliver exemplary results. He is the owner of Hart Construction and has previously worked as the Managing Partner at The Cellar and Assistant Head of Maintenance at Joie de Vivre Hospitality.
