Mansour Bleik is a hospitality expert and food enthusiast with over 20 years of dynamic experience in the field. His passion for food and love for people led him to pursue a BBA in hospitality at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management. Mansour started his career in Switzerland and Intercontinental Beirut, building strong foundations for his future leadership and executive roles across the Middle East and Saudi Arabia. Mansour has served various sectors, including hotels, catering, restaurants, cafes, and movie theaters, as a business development manager, operations manager, food and beverage consultant, and director of business development. With a desire to create significant spaces and develop meaningful projects, Mansour combined his international experience into the bespoke consultancy, BLD - Breakfast Lunch and Dinner, based in Beirut.
