Patti Cuthill is a purpose-driven servant leader with a passion for creating a joyful and compassionate workplace environment. She studied human resources management at San Diego State University and has over a decade of experience in HR and people management roles at various organizations, including NextLevel Internet, Comic-Con International, Rock Academy, and CliniComp, Intl. Patti is a culture strategist and an advocate for purpose-driven work and diversity in the workplace. She is a member of the San Diego Women's Week Strategy Team at North San Diego Business Chamber and served as VP of Conferences and President Elect for San Diego SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Patti played a pivotal role in securing NextLevel Internet's Great Place to Work and Fortune 2020 Best Small and Medium Workplaces awards.
