Bethany Wallace, a seasoned recruiting professional, is skilled at matching the career aspirations of prospective employees with the hiring needs of organizations. A graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Bethany has a wealth of rich work experience that stretches back to her days at the Spring Institute of Intercultural Learning, where she contributed to curriculum development and testing instruction.

Bethany has worked in numerous recruiting capacities, including as a Senior Recruiter at Ardent Mills, where she managed the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. She has also held key roles at talent management firms such as Talent Specs, PeopleScout, ComRent Load Bank Solutions, and Urban Lending Solutions, where she was Manager of Recruiting and Recruiter. There, Bethany implemented process improvements and conducted hands-on recruiting, helping companies engage and onboard top talent.

Outside of work, Bethany was actively involved with the Broken Shovels Sanctuary where she served as board member for a time. Bethany's professional interests include recruiting, talent engagement, and on-boarding support.
